Women and Gender Resource Center Ambassadors

Women and Gender Resource Center (WGRC) Ambassadors are trained by a professional staff member on the issues of interpersonal violence and the resources available to our campus community with a goal of promoting positive bystander behavior and building safe communities. Through training, peer educators in the WGRC Ambassador program will have a clear understanding of the dynamics of interpersonal violence and the resources available to address these issues. WGRC Ambassadors give presentations to the campus community on a variety of topics related to the issue of interpersonal violence. These presentations may include but are not limited to classes, student organizations, and residence halls.
