Project Health is a peer health education group on the University of Alabama campus. Project Health is housed out of the Student Health Center & Pharmacy’s department of Health Promotion & Wellness (HPW). The purpose of Project Health is to provide health information and targeted programming aimed at increasing health knowledge and promoting healthy decision making to the campus community.

Application Dates

Project Health recruits for each semester during the previous semester.

Fall Open Date: Mid-October
Fall Close Date: Mid-November

Spring Open Date: Mid-March
Spring Close Date: Mid-April

Requirements

Any student with a GPA of 2.8 or higher may apply.

The application process will require:

• Resume
• Group Interview
• Individual Interview
• Essay
