New View Mentors are a group of Sophomore level out-of-state women, who help the first-year participants in New View in their academic and social transition to UA. The women in the New View program are first-year, out-of-state students. The New View Mentors have a primary role of connecting participants to the UA student experience and facilitating activities and dialogue among participants during the academic year. The New View mentors offer their personal insight into what it means to be a student at UA, live by the Capstone Creed, and serve as a role model for women in New View.
