BRIDGE Builders

The BRIDGE Builders are a team of male students of color who help the Office of First Year Experience conduct the BRIDGE program for first-year, men of color. The Builders are a team of sophomore-junior level students who help BRIDGE participants to construct their path at UA. These leaders have a primary role of connecting participants to the UA student experience and facilitating activities and dialogue among participants during the program. The BRIDGE Builders offer their personal insight into what it means to be a student at UA, live by the Capstone Creed, and serve as a role model for BRIDGE participants.
Application Dates
Open Date: Early January
Close Date: Early February
Requirements
Sophomore-Junior level student with a 2.5 GPA or higher. Must be available the first half of August.
The application process will require:
- Resume
- Brief application with open-ended and closed-ended questions
- Group Interview
- Individual Interview
- Business or professional attire
